Requirements
- The NVR needs to have Internet access.
- In Camera Station on the NVR, under Configuration – Connected Services – Axis Secure Remote Access: The BJ shared remote access login. axis@bjenergy.com must be configured with the shared password and the service must be enabled.
Logging In from Axis Camera Station 5
- A two stage login is required

1. Launch Axis Camera Station.
2. You should see options to Connect to server(s). If you were previously connected to a server, you will see Connect to AXISNVR-XXXXXXXX. Click Change Server.
3. Below the connection options, click Sign in to AXIS Secure Remote Access.
4. You will get a popup to sign in with your MyAxis account.
5. Log in with the BJ shared remote access login. axis@bjenergy.com (password distributed by BJ)
6. You now log into the actual NVR with credentials set in that NVR.
7. Use Axis Camera Station as you normally would locally.
Logging in from your mobile device
- A two stage login is required. The first stage will be saved for subsequent logins.

1. Launch ACS on your mobile device
2. Log in with the BJ shared remote access login. axis@bjenergy.com (password distributed by BJ)
3. You will see a list of available NVRs. Click the one you want to access.
4. Log in with the credentials set on that NVR.
